The International Workshop on Nanodevice Technologies (IWNT) serves as an international forum for sharing recent advances in nanodevice science, semiconductor technologies, and related device applications. The workshop brings together researchers from academia, industry, and research institutes worldwide to exchange ideas and foster international collaboration. In 2026, IWNT will be held jointly with the 3rd Symposium of Hiroshima University J-Peaks: New Frontiers through Interdisciplinary Research Integration. This joint event will highlight cutting-edge research in semiconductor devices, nanoelectronics, materials, process technologies, sensing systems, and advanced computational approaches for future electronic and integrated systems. The symposium will feature keynote and invited talks by internationally recognized experts, as well as poster presentations, and active discussions covering a broad range of semiconductor and nanodevice technologies.
The event is organized by the Research Institute for Semiconductor Engineering (RISE), Hiroshima University, in partnership with the Program for Forming Japan’s Peak Research Universities (J-PEAKS) of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS), and the Setouchi Semiconductor Consortium, and sponsorship from Micron Memory Japan and the Advanced Research Infrastructure for Materials and Nanotechnology in Japan (ARIM Japan).
